Clients generally need a referral from a medical practitioner (such as GP, ENT Specialist, Neurologist) to access Medicare rebates for audiology services. It's important to note that not all audiology services are claimable under Medicare.
3. GP Care Plan (for chronic ear conditions)Your GP can refer for audiology services as part of your care plan. It's important to note that not all audiology services are claimable under this section.
4. Private Health InsuranceFew private health funds can provide rebate towards your hearing aids. Please check your health fund for cover limit as each fund is unique. |
